(hereinafter referred to as "Shangjian Bio") announced that the first subject has received their initial dose in the Phase I clinical trial for SG2918 for Injection, an innovative drug independently developed by the company. This marks another significant milestone achieved in the clinical research of SG2918 for Injection, following the successful kick-off meeting held on November 28. This Phase I clinical trial aims to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of SG2918 for Injection in patients with advanced malignant tumors; it is led by Director Song Zhengbo of the Zhejiang Cancer Hospital and was first initiated at the Zhejiang Cancer Hospital.

SG2918 is the world's first novel Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) targeting LILRB4, developed by Shangjian Bio. By specifically binding to the tumor immune regulator LILRB4, SG2918 exerts immunomodulatory effects—specifically by eliminating LILRB4-positive immunosuppressive cells within the tumor microenvironment—thereby activating anti-tumor immunity. Non-clinical study results for SG2918 indicate that the manufacturing process is stable, product quality is controllable, anti-tumor activity is evident, and safety is manageable.
